About David E. Stanley

A Trial Lawyer, Not a Volume Practice

Some firms measure themselves by how many cases they take. This practice measures itself by how few. David tries cases, and every case he accepts is prepared as if it will be tried, because prosecutors treat a defense differently when they know the lawyer across the table is ready for a courtroom.

Selective by Design

David accepts a limited number of serious felony matters at a time so that each one receives his full preparation and attention. If your case is not the kind of matter this practice is built for, he will tell you so and point you in the right direction.

Direct Representation

When you retain David E. Stanley, you get David E. Stanley. He returns the calls, builds the strategy, negotiates with the prosecution, and stands next to you in court.
